The majority of our workouts offer the benefits of Group Fitness- camraderie, fun, motivation- plus the benefits of Personal Training- knowledgable trainer, individual attention & coaching- all at a reasonable rate.

We want men and women of all ages and fitness levels to feel welcome at Omni. Even the most seemingly difficult workout can be completed and enjoyed by most participants through the modifications our certified instructors/trainers offer, and the personal attention available in a smaller environment.
