NEW CLASS ALERT: ROW & FLOW
We added a regular Row & Flow Thursday evening at 6pm for August, and we'll offer two more morning demos on 8/11 and 8/25 so be sure to register in MINDBODY! The evening clients love it so we were quick to get one on the schedule. Row and Flow combines low impact but challenging cardio and muscular endurance on the rowers with the gentle strengthening, mobility, and mental health benefits of Yoga. This is very small group training limited to 5 participants. You've got to try it out!
