Introduction to TRX Workshops

These beginner workshops are for those who've never tried TRX training before or would like a refresher. We'll review many TRX exercises, proper form, how to progress or modify movementss, and work up a sweat and have some laughs too. :) Sign up in MINDBODY as these fill quickly!

Introduction to Strength Training Workshop

Saturday July 7th 9am

At this point, the benefits of strength training are pretty well known. If you know you should be lifting weights but aren't really sure where to start, then this workshop is for you. ACSM Personal Trainer April Tabor will lead you through important compound strength building exercises, ensuring you're using proper form/technique and addressing any modifications you might need. She'll also coach you on how to progress over time and vary your workouts to get results.  By the end, you'll be ready for the strength-focused classes at Omni like OmniStrong and Total Body Strength Training, or you'll feel confident training on your own at home or the gym. Space is limited so please register in MINDBODY. 

POUND and POUR night at ABC Brewing Co Mechanicsburg!

 

Join us the second Tuesday of every month at 7pm at ABC on the Carlisle Pike! Enjoy an awesome 45 minute POUND class, and then hang out with us and have a drink afterward. $10 includes the class plus one drink (beer or wine.) Please bring a yoga mat or beach towel.  Sign up in MINDBODY and get ready for the best girl's night out!
