WOMEN'S SELF DEFENSE WORKSHOP WITH DAVID SCHUCK
Join David Schuck (Vox Viserous), from Super Human Fitness & Martial Arts, for this 4 week beginner Self-Defense workshop for women. You'll learn the basics on how to defend yourself in
aggressive situations using Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and MMA-style techniques. The sessions will take place Tuesdays 7-8:30pm and Saturdays 3:30-5pm beginning October 9th. Due to participating in a
tournament, the instructor is unable to teach October 27th so we'll hold that class on Thurs October 25th. Cost for all 8 sessions is $159 and guests 13+ are welcome. It's a great workshop for a
