The change of seasons is a perfect time to shed what is no longer serving us and move forward feeling refreshed, clear-headed, and focused. This practice is available to all levels as modifications will be offered and breaks encouraged. The full class should take about 90 minutes. We are offering this for free, as a small way to say thank you to our amazing clients. Please book a spot in MINDBODY and bring a yoga mat.
Our certified Personal Trainers are ready and able to help your kids with their fitness program this summer, whether it's keeping the little ones moving or advanced conditioning for the teen athlete! If you have one or two kids who are interested, let us know and we'll try to get them into a group. Please reply or call 717-401-5500 to learn more. Pricing will be based on the number of participants in each group.
