  • Thursday 3/5 at 7pm: Flow & Glow Parent/Child Yoga- This Yoga class in the dark is always a special time for parents and their little ones. You will practice a flow of basic yoga postures paired with spontaneity and, of course, glow sticks and other fun props! All levels welcome. We recommend children be at least 7 but leave it to parent's discretion. Children attend free and regular rates apply for parents. Please register in MINDBODY for the parent only but shoot us a message with how many children you're bringing.
  • Tuesday 3/10 7pm at Appalachian Brewing Co Mechanicsburg: POUND n' Pour- The ultimate Girl's Night Out is the second Tuesday of every month! $10 gets you the class plus a drink. Please bring a yoga mat or beach towel, and a rock star attitude of course! 
  • R3 Workshops- Thursday 3/12 10am and Thursday 3/26 7pm- Come recover from your hard work and daily life with us in this hour long workshop. We'll release tight muscles using self-myofascial release techniques, enjoy a flow of stretches  to lengthen our muscles, and practice deep breathing techniques that relax the mind and recruit deep core muscles. This workshop was designed to help you recover, refresh and relax and so far participants agree it does just that. 
  • Saturday 3/14 10am: R3 Workshop for Preteens and Teens- Parents asked and we are happy to offer this class especially for preteens and teen. We will focus on releasing the tight upper body muscles that this age group often has, stretching, strengthening the core, and practicing deep breathing techniques to help them feel calm and centered. Regular class rates apply.
  • Monday 3/16 10am: Yoga for Hip Health & Mobility- Join Heidi for this 60 minute class which will stretch & open the deep tissue surrounding the hips through floor and standing postures. Postures are relaxed and held for a longer period of time in order to increase joint circulation and flexibility, igniting a sense of inner strength and peace as well. All levels welcome.

  • Thursday 3/19 7pm: Spring Equinox Yoga Celebration- Join us in this time-honored tradition as we perform 108 Sun Salutations in celebration of the change of season on March 19th.
    Performing 108 Sun Salutations is believed to be a symbol of cleansing, shedding layers, renewing oneself, and preparing for the next season. It’s an opportunity to set intentions for Spring and let go of all that no longer serves us.
    Modifications will be offered and you do not have to complete all 108 salutations to participate in this moving meditation. The full class should take around 90 minutes. Please sign up in MINDBODY as space is limited. Regular rates apply.
  • Saturday 3/21 10am: Intro to Strength Training-  At Omni, strength training has been the foundation of our workouts from day one. We very much believe in its power to transform lives and bodies. If programmed well for an individual, it changes the physique, increases resting metabolic rate, improves posture and functional body movement, and aids in weight loss. This workshop is where you want to be to learn the basics from the ground up with a Certified Personal Trainer in a small group environment. We'll teach you proper form and technique for important compound exercises, address individual needs and modifications, and coach you on how to progressively increase load and vary your training over time. You'll leave feeling confident, knowledgeable, and ready to incorporate strength training into your fitness routine. Exercises covered include back and front squats, deadlifts, chest and shoulder presses, lunges, rows and more. Space is limited so please reserve a spot in MINDBODY. Investment is $15.
  • Monday 3/23 at 7pm: Parent/Child Pound Class-  Grab your little sidekick(s) and get moving together in this fun music-driven class! POUND Fitness is the alternative group fitness class inspired by drumming. The focus for parent/child night is to move, laugh, and have some fun! Children should be at least 5 yrs old but we leave this to the discretion of the parent as you know your child best. Please sign up in MINDBODY. You will need to reserve a spot for you and your child- parent price is $10 and child is $5. You can add your child under your profile in MINDBODY. Just let us know if you have any questions! We'll have some healthy snacks and drinks afterward! These classes usually fill up quickly.
  • Wednesday 3/25 10:30am: Mommy & Me Fitness class- Join April for this 45 minute class for moms and their babies and/or toddlers. You'll practice gentle but effective exercises that you can also do at home, most of which will involve you holding your little one as you move. Recommended for ages 3 mos. through 3 years. Moms will learn how to rebuild core strength, heal diastasis recti, and regain overall strength while bonding with their babies. All levels welcome.
    Regular class rates apply including first class $5. 
  • Wednesday 3/25 7pm: BollyX- If dance fitness is your thing, try this fun sweaty 45 minute class that fuses Bollywood and other Indian styles of dance with traditional exercises to make for a workout guaranteed to get you fitter while you smile! $10. This class is at Omni, not ABC. 
  • Saturday 3/28 10am: Free Breast Cancer Exercise Class- Join ACE/CETI Cancer Exercise Specialist April Tabor for this Breast Cancer Recovery Class. This class is for current breast cancer patients who have doctor's approval to participate in gentle exercise, as well as those who are recovering from breast cancer and are looking for a safe way to get back into exercise outside of a clinical environment.
    This session is limited to 10 participants so we can address all attendees' specific needs and goals, depending on their surgeries and treatments. We'll talk about the muscle groups that have been affected and weakened by surgery and radiation, as well as how to identify, prevent, and manage lymphedema with prescribed exercises. Core exercises will be reviewed as well so you can start to regain strength through your "powerhouse." Most exercises are body weight only so you can continue to do them on your own at home. Please call 717-401-5500 with any questions. Join us on Friday March 27th at 9:15am for a trial run of Metacon Flow, our 20 minute rowing, 20 strength, and 20 Yoga class! We're excited to combine the best of all 3 modalities into one wonderful workout. We're running this class as a trial to then get feedback from the participants. We want to make sure it truly does "flow" and that clients enjoy it before we make it a regular addition to the schedule. Space is limited so register in MINDBODY early. Regular rates apply. 



The Bod Pod is the safest, most non-invasive, and accurate assessment of body composition. The mobile Bod Pod from Timonium, MD is paying us a visit on Friday May 8th starting at 9am so that you can get some very meaningful information that can change the way you program your fitness and nutrition. You can keep your report to yourself or share it with an Omni trainer who can advise you. The cost for members, personal training clients, and active class package users is $60; $75 for all others. There is a sign-up sheet at Omni until March 15th and then after that, people may call or email us to register. The appointments take 15 minutes total. Women are advised to wear form fitting leggings or shorts with a sports bra, and man can wear shorts. Do not exercise, eat, or drink for two hours prior to the test, and be sure to use the bathroom beforehand.  You can get more info on the Bod Pod here:

POUND and POUR night at ABC Brewing Co Mechanicsburg!


Join us the second Tuesday of every month at 7pm at ABC on the Carlisle Pike! Enjoy an awesome 45 minute POUND class, and then hang out with us and have a drink afterward. $10 includes the class plus one drink (beer or wine.)
