Our free class for breast cancer survivors is moving to a new time effective 9/20/21! Join April Tabor, Cancer Exercise Specialist, for this 45 minute class designed for women who have been given clearance by their doctor to resume exercise.
In this full-body but gentle workout, we'll begin to rebuild core and hip strength as well as practice exercises that help prevent & manage lymphedema.
There is no cost but please register in MINDBODY if you plan to attend.
