January 2019 Special Classes/ Events
- Wed January 9th 7pm Appalachian Brewing Co. Mechanicsburg- POUND n' Pour: $10 per person includes the class and one drink
- Sat January 12th & 19th 9am and 10am- Pilates Reformer for Teens: We welcome young adults 13-18 in to learn the benefits of Reformer exercise including core strength, flexibility, posture, coordination, and focus. We hope to make this a regular thing! $10 per participant.
- Sun January 13th 11am- TRX for Beginners Workshop: This is a great place to start if you're curious about TRX training. Regular class rates apply, including $5 for your first class.
-Sat 1/19 9am- Introduction to Omni for Beginners/Prospective Clients: We're adding this class for the new year to give new Omni clients a place to start. In this hour long session, April will introduce you to the exercises you'll see in workouts such as OmniStrong and Total Body Strength. This is a great way to get to know us and for us to get to know you! This is a free class.
- Sun January 20th 1-3pm- Runners' Strength Training Workshop: In this 2 hour session, April will introduce runners to the benefits of cross-training in creating a stronger, faster, more injury-proofed body. You'll practice many strength exercises and will leave with workouts you can do on your own. $20 per person.
Thurs January 31st 7pm at Appalachian Brewing Co. Mechanicsburg- BollyX n' Brews: $10 per person includes the class and one drink.
POUND and POUR night at ABC Brewing Co Mechanicsburg!
Join us the second Wednesday of every month at 7pm at ABC on the Carlisle Pike! Enjoy an awesome 45 minute POUND class, and then hang out with us and have a drink afterward. $10 includes the class plus one drink (beer or wine.) Please bring a yoga mat or beach towel. Sign up in MINDBODY and get ready for the best girl's night out!
