This old favorite is back in April and the timing couldn't be better! It's been a stressful year for many of us for so many reasons and this class gives you a quiet respite from all the noise, and allows you to once again "be where your feet are." Using the breath and positive mantras, participants relax into Yoga-based poses and hold them for longer periods of time. You'll leave feeling re-centered, relaxed and refreshed.
