We're excited to be adding two new targeted strength training sessions to our Fall schedule, which begins August 21st. These 45 minute small group training sessions will be led by Certified Personal Trainers and will help our clients build muscle strength and endurance. Rock Bottom will focus on lower body training- legs and glutes, while Upper Cut will focus on arms, back, and chest. Small group sessions allow for the expertise and attention of a Personal Trainer with the motivation and fun of working out with others. We know you will love these workouts so give them a try!
POUND and POUR night at ABC Brewing Co Mechanicsburg!
Join us the second Tuesday of every month at 7pm at ABC on the Carlisle Pike! Enjoy an awesome 45 minute POUND class, and then hang out with us and have a drink afterward. $10 includes the class plus one drink (beer or wine.) Please bring a yoga mat or beach towel. We'll have a few extras. You cannot use an existing package for this class. Sign up and get ready for the best girl's night out!
