  • Saturday 2/1 10am: R3 Workshop for Pre-Teens and Teens- Parents asked and we are happy to do it so we'll be offering a special R3 workshop for pre-teens and teens on Saturday 1/18 at 10am just for them. We will focus on releasing the tight upper body muscles that this age group often has, stretching, strengthening the core, and practicing deep breathing techniques to help them feel calm and centered.


  • Monday 2/3 at 7pm: Parent/Child Pound Class-  Grab your little sidekick(s) and get moving together in this fun music-driven class! POUND Fitness is the alternative group fitness class inspired by drumming. The focus for parent/child night is to move, laugh, and have some fun! Children should be at least 5 yrs old but we leave this to the discretion of the parent as you know your child best. Please sign up in MINDBODY. You will need to reserve a spot for you and your child- parent price is $10 and child is $5. You can add your child under your profile in MINDBODY. Just let us know if you have any questions! We'll have some healthy snacks and drinks afterward! These classes usually fill up quickly.

  • Tuesday 2/11 7pm at Appalachian Brewing Co Mechanicsburg: POUND n' Pour- The ultimate Girl's Night Out has moved back to Tuesday! $10 gets you the class plus a drink. Please bring a yoga mat or beach towel, and a rock star attitude of course! 

  • Thursday 2/13 7pm: Gentle Yoga Class for Couples- Grab your sweetheart and celebrate Valentine's Day with us! This hour long class will combine gentle yoga poses and flows with partner stretches. No experience necessary, and all levels welcome. Try something new and fun together for date night, and stay afterward for a glass of bubbly.
    $10 per participant. Omni members just pay for their guest. Sign up in MINDBODY but select "pay in person" and we'll handle payment at Omni. 
  • Wednesday 2/19 7pm: BollyX- If dance fitness is your thing, try this fun sweaty 45 minute class that fuses Bollywood and other Indian styles of dance with traditional exercises to make for a workout guaranteed to get you fitter while you smile! $10. This class is at Omni, not ABC. 
  • Thursday 2/20 at 7pm: Flow & Glow Parent/Child Yoga- This Yoga class in the dark is always a special time for parents and their little ones. You will practice a flow of basic yoga postures paired with spontaneity and, of course, glow sticks and other fun props! All levels welcome. We recommend children be at least 7 but leave it to parent's discretion. Children attend free and regular rates apply for parents. Please register in MINDBODY for the parent only but shoot us a message with how many children you're bringing.






We can't wait to launch our two new workouts- Metacon Max and Row Zone! 

Row Zone is a quick but effective 30 minute workout all on the rowers to get a full-body cardio workout! The best thing about rowing is its ability to recruit so many muscle groups with absolutely no impact on the joints! The class will include an ample warm-up and cool down with various intervals of work and rowing drills in between.

Metacon Max is our newest bang-for-your-buck workout! Not a minute will be wasted as you complete half the workout on the rowers and half off performing various strength and conditioning exercises. You will leave the workout feeling like you just accomplished something pretty awesome, with a metabolism that will remain fired up for long after the workout is over!

POUND and POUR night at ABC Brewing Co Mechanicsburg!


Join us the second Tuesday of every month at 7pm at ABC on the Carlisle Pike! Enjoy an awesome 45 minute POUND class, and then hang out with us and have a drink afterward. $10 includes the class plus one drink (beer or wine.) Please bring a yoga mat or beach towel.  Sign up in MINDBODY and get ready for the best girl's night out!
