Are you a young athlete and want to get ahead of the pack this summer? Or maybe you're the parent and want to do something to help your athlete get to his or her next level. In either case, we're here to help. This summer we're offering a specialized 6 week small group training program for young athletes. There will be two sessions per week for High School and for College athletes. The Wednesday sessions focus on Strength, Power and Mobility training, and the Sunday sessions will focus on training for Speed and Agility. Solid, sensible nutrition advice will be offered as well.
This program is led by Bryan Stovall, ACSM-PT and April Tabor, ACSM-PT and ACE Fitness Nutrition Specialist. You can sign up per session at $30 each or all 12 sessions for $325. Program begins Wednesday 6/14 and there are no sessions the week of July 4th. Times are as follows:
High School: Wed 3-4:30, Sun 1-2:30
College: Wed 4:30-6, Sun 2:30-4
