Focused on helping kids & teens become stronger and healthier
Every attendee will learn important compound strength training exercises, speed & agility drills, Pilates-inspired core and mobility exercises, and common sense nutrition guidance. All levels are welcome. Groups will be small and we can work with the individual. Led by coaches Josh Reid and April Tabor, each session is 90 minutes and snacks will be available. These are stand-alone classes but the more that can be attended, the better!
