Focused on helping kids & teens become stronger and healthier
Based on feedback from parents and kids on our summer youth classes, we are adding winter classes for 2020! Classes will be offered on Tuesdays at 4:45pm and Saturdays 11am starting January 7th. There will not be class on Jan 11th due to an Open House. Classes will go through the end of March and are perfect to help athletes prepare for the Spring sports season or help any kid develop strength and fitness over the winter months. The hour long small group classes are led by Personal Trainers and focus on strength and conditioning while learning proper form. Targeted age range is 9 to 13. Drop in rate is $15 or a 5 session package is $65. Register in MINDBODY at the link below.
