Focused on helping young athletes become stronger, conditioned, and more explosive!
Every participant will learn how to properly execute important compound strength training exercises, and how they translate to an increased production in athletic performance. Led by Certified Personal Trainer and Coach, Josh Reid, athletes will also be exposed to agility drills and core stabilization exercises. Plus they will learn the importance of solid nutrition from real food with ACE Fitness Nutrition Specialist, April Tabor.
